Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer who can deliver application environments in Azure for critical project work. You should have hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, as well as an understanding of Virtual Network Peering and AD Synchronization, is desirable. You should also have skills in scripting and template creation using Terraform.
Responsibilities
As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Building Azure resources using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Creating and managing pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Configuring and maintaining Azure services such as Storage Accounts, Container Registry, Key Vault, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- Managing infrastructure operations, administration, and engineering tasks.
- Overseeing database and storage technologies.
- Working effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and quality outcomes.
- Managing progress and risks to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and costs.
Description
We are offering a contract starting ASAP (within the next 4 weeks) for a duration of 6 months. The day rate is £425 - £465 per day inside IR35, and the position is located in Wokingham, requiring you to be onsite 3 days per week.
