Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect who has proven experience in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI or similar platforms. You should have a strong track record of integrating Salesforce and business intelligence (BI) tools, as well as familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis technologies. Additionally, expertise in developing dashboards, data visualizations, and insight reporting tools is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will also be required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for creating a scalable AI-driven solution that integrates diverse data sources such as emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, Salesforce data, BI scores, CSAT scores, and media coverage. You will implement automated and manual data ingestion processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while enabling full audit traceability. You will also deploy AI-powered sentiment and thematic analysis tools, building dashboards and visualization solutions for actionable stakeholder insights. Furthermore, you will ensure seamless interoperability with existing systems and processes, optimizing performance and usability for different business teams.
Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a high-impact initiative in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to shape and lead an AI solution from concept to delivery, working on a meaningful project with tangible business impact. The position is contract-based, hybrid (3 days a week on-site in Wokingham), with a rate between £630 and £690 per day (inside IR35) and a duration of 6 months.
