Must:
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer with a strong track record of supporting large-scale, enterprise networks. To be considered for this role, candidates should offer a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, demonstrating the following essential skills:
- Core Networking Skills
- Advanced experience configuring and maintaining Cisco network equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues across multiple sites
- Experience in network design, implementation, and optimisation
- Deep understanding of network and perimeter security best practices
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
As the Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will report to Senior IT Management and play a lead role in the administration and support of our extensive network and server estate. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the administration of a large hybrid infrastructure and network estate
- Ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical enterprise IT systems
- Optimising and evolving the LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure across our organisation
