Requirements
Must:
- Innovation Background: I am looking for someone with experience in an innovation or product team, ideally having exposure to both large organizations and startup environments.
- POC Development: You should have a proven track record of developing prototypes and POCs that translate complex ideas into workable solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills and experience with a variety of languages and frameworks relevant to our project needs are essential.
- Emerging Technology Experience: Hands-on experience with advanced technologies such as AI, LLMs, and SLMs is required.
- Cloud and DevOps Understanding: Basic knowledge of cloud services and DevOps principles is needed to support efficient development and deployment processes.
- Design Capability: Design skills that contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience of prototypes are desirable.
- Agile Expertise: Proficiency with agile development methodologies and a track record of working in fast-paced, iterative environments are a must.
Responsibilities
- Prototype Development: I expect you to design and build scalable prototypes and POCs that showcase new ideas and integrate AI with full-stack systems.
- AI Implementation: You will develop and deploy AI/ML models to gain insights from energy data, optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences.
- Full-Stack Solutions: You will architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration and peak performance across technologies.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Leverage technologies like predictive analytics and machine learning to solve complex challenges in the energy sector.
- Agile Methodology: Use agile practices to produce high-quality code quickly, facilitating continuous feedback and improvement.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members and share expertise in emerging technologies, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Description
We are offering a 6-month remote contract for this role, with a daily rate of circa £800.
