Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven MSP experience in a senior technical role. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security solutions. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills are a must, as is the ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness. The ideal candidate should enjoy working autonomously with real decision-making responsibility.
Qualifications:
Essential qualifications include Microsoft Modern Work and/or Azure accreditations and CompTIA Network and/or Security (or equivalent). Desirable qualifications are ITIL, PRINCE2, and Azure Administrator/Architect certifications.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled engineers. I will design and deliver modern workplace and cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security. I will manage IT projects from scoping through to successful delivery and collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales, proposals, and solution design. I will oversee software licensing and vendor relationships and act as a technical account manager for key customers.
