Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration. You should possess advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. A strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and cloud-based data sources is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is advantageous. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
In this key role, I will work with you to develop and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. You will collaborate closely with our IT teams to ensure robust data integration and quality. Furthermore, I expect you to convert business requirements into effective data-driven solutions and provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts. You will also support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, and uphold best practices in data governance and compliance.
