Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk environment or Request fulfilment team would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage expectations.
Responsibilities
- I will fulfill the end-to-end delivery of incidents.
- I will ensure all incidents are captured, detailed, and triaged accurately.
- I will work within the assigned Service Levels for each incident category to ensure resolution within SLA.
- I will identify and route incidents to appropriate 2nd line support teams and external suppliers for timely resolutions.
- I will deliver onsite support service 24/7.
- I will define, implement, and continually review the IT Incident processes to ensure they meet the needs of the businesses we support.
- I will liaise with suppliers and support teams when IT incidents cannot be fulfilled at the first point of contact, ensuring processes are efficient and information exchange is effective for incident resolution.
- I will work alongside Request Analysts to maintain hardware stock in line with Service Request forecasting.
- I will set up hardware and software to meet Colleague requirements through the fulfillment of Service Requests.
- I will collaborate closely with End User Computing to ensure deployed products are strategically aligned and licenses are released/reused when possible.
Description
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to work onsite at our Stafford Fulfilment Centre. We have shifts available during the day and night, with a schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off. We highly value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
