Requirements

Must:
We require candidates to have experience working within a law firm or professional services environment. You should possess skills in the provision and support of current and future telecoms/unified communications technology, as well as experience in supporting and deploying mobile applications.

Responsibilities

As our IT Telecommunications Analyst, you will be responsible for providing proactive support for 600 users on unified communications (UC) and mobile technologies. Your daily tasks will include delivering technical and desk-side support for all software and hardware-related issues. You will also be responsible for the provision and support of current and future telecoms/unified communications technology, including the deployment of mobile technology, from handsets to system portals and associated applications. Additionally, you will be involved in the development, testing, and rollout of apps for unified communications.
