Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience designing Power BI solutions and driving business adoption.
- Proficiency in the Azure stack (ADF, Databricks, SQL) for seamless data integration and reporting.
- Strong skills in building visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience in reporting and analysis, preferably within the utility industry.
- Ability to manage Power BI workspaces and resolve performance issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for project management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and creating data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions within the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), ensuring they meet business needs and drive actionable insights.
- Oversee the administration of Power BI workspaces, monitoring performance and resolving any incidents related to reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually compelling BI solutions.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Develop training materials and lead sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Power BI reports and dashboards.
