Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business and Data Analyst, ideally at a senior or consulting level.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and delivering training.
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards with experience in delivering blended learning programmes.
- Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Teaching or assessing qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities
- Deliver Data Technician (Data Technician L3) and Business Analyst (BA4) apprenticeship workshops.
- Provide engaging and inspiring sessions linking workshop content to one-on-one coaching.
- Motivate and support learners to achieve apprenticeship standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor programmes to meet employer needs.
- Offer feedback to enhance and develop learning products and services.
- Capture learner feedback and ensure strong workshop attendance.
- Support our digital transformation agenda through innovative teaching methods.
- Promote and embody our company values at all times.
Description
We are an established, Ofsted-rated "Good" training provider seeking a Data and Business Analyst Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver engaging apprenticeship workshops. This is an exciting opportunity to support learners both remotely and face-to-face, contributing to the continuous improvement of our innovative training programmes. We offer a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 and 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays. An immediate start is available for this role.
