We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong technical background, ready to step into or continue in a senior escalation role. You should possess proven experience in a 3rd Line Support position within the IT sector, or be an experienced 2nd Line Support professional keen to advance your career. We value expert-level troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues across both on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA, Cisco) are essential, with desirable certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and CCNA.
A natural curiosity about technology and continuous improvement is crucial. You should have a deep understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Compute, Intune, and core networking protocols. Experience in supporting the technical aspects of new customer IT infrastructure and cloud deployments is preferred. Proven mentorship experience and a commitment to high-quality service are also essential.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will deliver advanced technical IT support across diverse clients, both remotely and on-site. You will serve as the highest level of technical escalation within our support team, tackling the most complex IT infrastructure issues while managing high-priority incidents. The opportunity includes collaborating with the Pre-Sales team on technology solutions and architectures for upcoming projects, serving as the main technical contact during new client onboarding, and mentoring 2nd Line Engineers through technical workshops. Additionally, you will oversee the management of internal networks, servers, and Microsoft Cloud services to ensure they remain secure, resilient, and optimized.
