Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Technical IT Manager who is hands-on and willing to provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support. A competent IT Support background is essential, preferably with experience in smaller organizations and small IT functions. You should have a track record of supporting both end-users and the wider IT infrastructure, along with significant involvement in change management and continuous improvement. This role requires you to be on-site in March, Peterborough, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be our first internal IT resource, responsible for defining and shaping our future manufacturing IT environment. You will be involved in strategic, high-level decision-making while also engaging in the day-to-day support and management of IT systems. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in providing effective solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT functions.
Description
