We require you to be a British Citizen and hold DV clearance to be eligible for this role, as our onboarding process has specific timescales.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will deliver Network Architect support for SECRET Cloud Hosting (both on-premise and Hyperscale). I will lead network design and artefact development across all SECRET Cloud platforms, while also supporting network security assurance for current and future SECRET Cloud services. My contribution will include developing compliant technology designs that align with MOD 604, 440 governance, NCSC, and industry best practices. I will produce High- and Low-Level Designs for integrating Tier 2 Hyperscale Cloud onto the Defence Network. Collaboration will be key, as I will work closely with suppliers and cross-government network leads, specializing in Network Design, BGP, and IP addressing for on-premise (VMware) and Hyperscale platforms. Additionally, I will participate in Defence and cross-government working groups.
Description
I am currently recruiting for a DV Network Architect to join our client on an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The contract duration is planned for 12 months, and the rate is £640 per day. This position is designated as Inside IR35 and is based in Corsham with hybrid working arrangements.
