Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Architect who has demonstrable deliverables in a large complex environment. You should have a strong background in defining and developing target operating models, leading business transformation and change initiatives throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, familiarity with developing capability models, operating models, organizational design, or process re-engineering is essential. Experience in cross-divisional or departmental roadmap development and the ability to develop, implement, and integrate frameworks to capture and share structured thinking, options, and recommendations is highly desirable. A qualification in Business Architecture or Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred.
Responsibilities
In your role, you will work closely with various internal functions and engage with senior stakeholders. You will focus on defining and aligning Target Operating Models (TOMs) and shaping critical strategic change elements while supporting the delivery of early thinking to understand overall target state implications. Your expertise will be crucial in prioritizing and governing change initiatives needed for the delivery of our company's strategies. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, embracing a consultancy style to foster effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences at the executive level.
