Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a Data Architect with significant practical and demonstrable experience in data architecture, ideally in designing and implementing cloud-native analytics/data platforms (including data lake/warehouse) through all data lifecycle stages.
- I expect excellent conceptual and logical data modeling and database design skills, including familiarity with industry-recognized data modeling patterns and standards (i.e., dimensional) relevant to the retail or financial services sectors.
- A passion for high-quality, usable data and governance structures is essential.
- I need someone who understands how to deploy data in support of complex machine learning projects.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate an innovative, dynamic, and creative approach to problem-solving and can identify opportunities while leading others through organizational and technology changes.

Responsibilities
- As a Data Architect at N Brown, I will guide you in designing solutions that meet customer needs from end to end, utilizing key frameworks that align with our wider strategy.
- You will work collaboratively with teams to create, maintain, support, and evolve a clean ecosystem focused on enterprise-wide and EDW-specific data architecture, modeling, development, and governance.
- I want you to champion the usage of relevant modern cloud and/or open-source tools and technology.
- You will enable our strategic roadmaps by developing and communicating the sequence of architectural implementation.
- Establishing a strong support framework for group-wide practitioners while promoting existing and potential platform capabilities will be key to your role.
- I expect you to leverage your extensive knowledge of available and potentially available data to coordinate and enable cross-team projects and strategic programs.
