Must:
We are seeking candidates with expertise in configuring CAD NX and the Siemens product suite. You should possess strong stakeholder management skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to prioritize effectively in order to deliver critical business solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter, Simcenter, Supplier Collaboration, and Test Data Management solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and apply industry best practices in solution development.
- Create, review, and approve high-level designs, low-level designs, deployment guides, and build specifications.
- Lead discussions on business process design and troubleshoot solution components.
- Manage expectations of stakeholders both internally and externally, effectively prioritizing business demands.
- Configure, test, and deploy Teamcenter solutions in both RAC and AWS environments.
- Collaborate with the IT PLM team to maintain, upgrade, and configure Teamcenter server and client components.
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide day-to-day support.
- Analyze and maintain system performance while planning and managing application updates and bug fixes.
- Train and support users on Teamcenter and related PLM tools.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions within enterprise architecture constraints.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize user stories to deliver business functionality.
Description
This position is located in Derby with options for remote work, requiring occasional travel to the Derby office for workshops (1-3 times a month). The contract falls inside IR35, offering a day rate of up to £750 per day and a duration of 6 months. The expected start date is mid-May, considering a 2-week onboarding process. Security clearance (BPSS) is required, and candidates can start once this process is completed. We are a global nuclear engineering organization looking for an experienced CAD NX Developer to join our team.
