Must:
We are looking for candidates with several years of experience using ServiceNow. Strong knowledge and experience with the SPM module is essential, and a consulting background is preferred. Candidates should hold certifications as a System Administrator and ITSM Implementation Specialist, as well as SPM or HR certifications. A strong platform competency is required, including the ability to build APIs, produce documentation, and work effectively within an Agile environment. Candidates must also be able to prioritize and manage their work effectively and feel comfortable working with well-defined user stories and standard sprint ceremonies.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to work independently with minimal guidance. We will provide you with a set of stories for development, and you will be responsible for building against those stories. As part of our transformation projects, you will help bring the ServiceNow capabilities in-house, moving away from reliance on external parties.
Description
This is a 6-month hybrid position with 2-3 days a week onsite in South Manchester, offering flexibility. Please note that CTC clearance is required for this role, and you must have been a UK resident for at least the past three years. We are eager to find highly skilled individuals who can help us advance our ServiceNow platform as we embark on these transformation projects.
