Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proficiency in Python and experience with Django or similar frameworks. You should have strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and expertise in data modeling. Experience in developing RESTful APIs for system integrations is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly in Teams workflow automation, will be advantageous. A knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. It is essential that you are able to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
As a Python Developer, you will develop and maintain business applications that streamline workflows. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining database-driven applications using Django and other frameworks. You will implement features that support business workflows, integrating with existing systems such as Quality Control Systems, Job Tracking, Employee Lifecycle Management, Task & Action Management, and Asset Tracking & Maintenance. You will also develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless system communication. Additionally, you will design and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance, as well as developing queries and optimizing database structures to support business needs. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and to identify inefficiencies for digital workflow improvements will also be part of your role.
