Requirements
Must:
We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-user computing, with a particular emphasis on Intune, APP-V, and Windows OS migrations, as well as AWS, AVD, and Windows 365. You should possess proficiency in Microsoft Intune and other modern management solutions, alongside expertise in APP-V, including legacy versions and application packaging virtualization technologies. A strong understanding of multi-cloud EUC platforms such as AVD, Windows 365, AWS, and AppStream is essential. Proven experience with remote desktop services like Citrix and other VDI models is expected, along with familiarity with legacy application modernization for current Windows platforms. A solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems is necessary, in addition to an understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
As the EUC Solutions Architect, I will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern end-user computing solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This will include managing Intune, facilitating APP-V migrations, and overseeing the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Key duties will encompass the design and deployment of EUC solutions, where I will architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging modern management platforms like MS Intune device management, ensuring streamlined enrollment, configuration, and security policies, as well as managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS Workspaces, and Windows 365.
Description
This contract position is located in a hybrid work environment, primarily based in Coventry, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week. The contract duration is for 6 months, starting ASAP, with a day rate of up to £750 per day.
