Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in non-functional testing preparation and execution, ideally within financial services. You should have technical expertise in performance, scalability, reliability, failover/disaster recovery, and accessibility testing. Proficiency with tools such as Performance Centre/LoadRunner, ADS, Selenium, Xray, and Splunk is essential. Additionally, you should have large-scale implementation experience within complex technology environments and possess strong communication skills to translate technical results for non-specialists and advise cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, continuous integration/deployment, and test automation is also required.
Responsibilities
As a Non-Functional Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping and managing testing requirements for our modernization programme. You will execute testing procedures to ensure product performance and reliability, while collaborating with various teams to communicate findings effectively. Your role will involve defining non-functional testing strategies and ensuring that our systems meet quality benchmarks related to performance and accessibility.
Description
This is a permanent role offering a base salary ranging from £75,000 to £85,000, with the requirement to work in the London office two days a week.
