Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 3 years of experience in M365 migrations and infrastructure support.
- I possess a solid understanding of Microsoft security and compliance tools.
- I am proficient in PowerShell, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.
- I have strong communication skills and a user-focused approach.
- Desirably, I hold Microsoft certifications (such as MS-500, AZ-104) and have experience in MSP or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities
- I will lead Microsoft 365 migrations (including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Phone).
- I will support hybrid environments, working with technologies such as Windows Server, VMWare, AVD, and Windows 10/11.
- I will implement and manage tools such as Entra ID, Intune, MFA, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access.
- I will maintain backup and disaster recovery platforms, including Azure Site Recovery, VEEAM, Acronis, and Datto.
- I will manage firewalls and networks using Fortinet, Watchguard, Cisco, and Aruba.
- I will automate processes using PowerShell.
- I will deliver 3rd-line support and collaborate across teams to enhance digital workplace experiences.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure.
