Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an ICT support or analyst role.
- Extensive experience in virtualization technologies (HyperV and VMware).
- Hands-on experience with networking (Routers and Switches).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft O365.
- Experience with cloud technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- As an ICT Infrastructure Analyst, I will support a wide range of internal IT systems and services across the organization.
- I will resolve day-to-day technical issues and assist in ongoing ICT projects, playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
- This varied role will provide exposure to multiple areas of IT, including infrastructure, user support, system maintenance, and vendor coordination.
