Must:
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in a Senior Design role, particularly those who have experience in leading and scaling design teams. You should have a strong background in developing design systems and leading across multiple product verticals (such as Lead Designer, Head of Design, or VP of Design). Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, and other industry-standard platforms is essential, along with the ability to guide teams in best practices. A deep understanding of user-centered design, research methodologies, and accessibility standards is a must. You should also be an exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from product teams to boardroom discussions. Being a strategic thinker is important for success in this role.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Design, I will depend on you to be instrumental in defining the creative and strategic direction of product design across our organization. This role requires a blend of hands-on design expertise and high-level leadership to build, mentor, and inspire our growing design team. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders to guide the user experience vision across multiple touchpoints, ensuring that design becomes a driving force in our long-term success.
