Software Designer - AI Trainer

We are seeking proficient programmers to join our team in training our AI chatbots to code. You will engage with the chatbots we are building to measure their progress, as well as write and evaluate code. To succeed in this role, it is essential to be proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to effectively solve coding problems similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank. For each coding problem, you must be able to articulate how your solution addresses the issue. As part of our application process, candidates will be required to complete an assessment. Successful candidates will then gain access to projects that will be assigned based on the quality of their work, with many of our most successful team members working between 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours as needed.
