Must:
We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of relevant experience in a reporting, Business Intelligence, or data analyst position. Strong skills in SQL and Power BI are essential. Additionally, familiarity with Python, supporting ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics Nav), and Microsoft SQL Server would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work collaboratively with different departments to gather requirements and create effective, visually appealing reports using Power BI. You will be responsible for ensuring the validity and integrity of the organization's data. Furthermore, you will play a key role in promoting the uptake of Business Intelligence across the company through user engagement, training, and education.

We are MCS Group, seeking a Data Analyst for a valued client in the greater Belfast area. Data and data-driven decision making are at the core of this successful organization, which has grown significantly in recent years and is one of the largest private sector employers outside of Belfast. As a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into clear insights through advanced reporting, build robust data models, and gain exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools, primarily Power BI. You'll also have the unique opportunity to influence an evolving analytics landscape as the business transitions from Crystal Reports to Power BI. We offer a hybrid working model and free parking outside greater Belfast. The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £34,000, along with benefits including 32 days of annual leave and a flexible time policy. Please note that sponsorship is unavailable.
