Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with a relevant degree or professional qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience in a change management role at the middle management level or above, or 5 years of relevant experience in such a role. The ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience in developing and delivering complex change programs, a strong track record in effective stakeholder engagement across diverse groups, and project management experience. You should possess the ability to present and interpret complex information to support strategic decision-making. A full UK driving licence and access to transport are required, unless exempt under disability provisions.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to develop and implement comprehensive business change and transformation plans, leading stakeholder engagement activities to assess change readiness and drive adoption. Collaboration with training teams will be crucial to deliver appropriate change interventions and upskilling. You will use data-driven insights to shape decisions, analyze impacts, and inform future state design while ensuring governance compliance and embedding quality assurance processes. Leading workshops, focus groups, and coaching to support organizational readiness and resilience will be part of your mission. Effective communication with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including trade unions, is essential. You will also be responsible for line managing staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture, and monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives to support continuous improvement.
Description
This opportunity is part of a large-scale transformation programme within a public sector setting, where you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and delivery of business change strategies to achieve successful implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational ways of working. We offer a starting salary of £53,755, paid as a rate per hour, based on a standard 37.5 hours per week. The position is located in Armagh with hybrid work options available.
