Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in technical delivery, preferably within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS SQL for data writing and tuning.
- Experience with report building in SSRS or Power BI.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with strategic oversight.
- Proven mentorship capabilities with junior developers.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, change control, and release management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the build team in delivering client-focused financial solutions.
- Shape solution designs and guide team members through complex configurations.
- Ensure high standards are maintained by conducting initial design reviews and final deployment oversight.
- Define and execute test cases, manage defects, and lead peer reviews.
- Engage in performance tuning and data manipulation to ensure effective scaling of solutions.
- Take ownership of project success while driving client satisfaction and solution quality.
