Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies and services.
- Experience coordinating with business and application teams for technical and functional requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to understand business processes and map business requirements to technical requirements in line with enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities (desirable).
- Proven experience leading large teams of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (desirable).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (desirable).
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead Integration Stream.
- Architect and design integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces, adapters, and connectors.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols in integration development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Share and guide developers with technical expertise on the OIC product.
