Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills and the ability to train others in its use. Proficiency in programming with Python and/or R, SQL, and Excel (ideally VBA) is essential. A background in Azure (Key Vault, Data Factory, Data Lakes), Power Apps, and CRMs (particularly D365) is highly preferred. Additionally, an eagerness to gain knowledge in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) would be beneficial. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and using expertise to enhance our current and future offerings.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and reporting, analyzing data, and relaying relevant information collected. Your role will involve modernizing our reporting processes and implementing automation to minimize manual reliance while also monitoring, auditing, and improving data quality. You will offer Power BI training to internal users and support any issues that arise. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather business requirements, prioritize tasks, craft relevant solutions, and provide training on how to use these solutions. Collaboration with our IT function is also crucial to ensure that reports align with the necessary data infrastructure, which includes Databases, Data Lakes, and more.
