Must:
We are looking for a Data Analyst who possesses strong skills in Power BI and can train others in its use. You should have programming experience with Python and/or R and a solid understanding of Excel, ideally including VBA. A background that includes experience with SQL, Azure services (Key Vault, Data Factory, Data Lakes), Power Apps, and CRMs (especially D365) is highly desirable. Additionally, an eagerness to gain knowledge in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing is a plus. You must have a solid analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. We value teamwork, so your ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and leverage your expertise to help others is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining metrics and reports, analyzing data, and relaying relevant information. You will modernize our reporting processes and implement automation to reduce manual reliance while ensuring the quality of our data is consistently monitored and improved. Training internal users on Power BI and addressing any related issues will also be part of your role. You will liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather business requirements, prioritize their requests, and craft tailored solutions, followed by training them on how to use these solutions. Collaboration with the wider IT function is crucial to ensure our reports are aligned with the necessary data infrastructure, from databases to data lakes and beyond.
