Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in a similar infrastructure role
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, networking, and backup technologies
- Knowledge of Office 365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and PowerShell
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to mentor others
- Relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, VCP, CCNA) or equivalent experience
- Desirable skills include experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) and knowledge of cloud security and SaaS/PaaS integrations
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical escalation point and subject matter expert
- Resolve complex or sensitive technical issues
- Support major incident investigations and recovery
- Lead technical input on change approvals and best practices
- Deliver technical projects and onboard new customers
- Identify and deploy automation opportunities
- Review major incident reports and ensure SLA compliance
