Requirements
Must:
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance (must have been a UK resident for the last 5 years).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305 or equivalent demonstrable knowledge is highly desirable.
- Relevant Networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or equivalent demonstrable knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficiency and experience in maintaining Windows server and Network Infrastructure is essential.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory (AD), DNS, and PKI would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of switching, routing, Firewall, and VPN would be advantageous.
- Awareness of automation tooling such as Terraform and Bicep would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of network security management, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving complex technical issues and incidents with a clear, evidence-based approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to drive strategic improvements in problem management processes, aligning them with business objectives.
- Strong team player who can work independently and within a team environment, provide support, coaching, and mentoring to colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional 3rd line support for a wide range of technologies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Utilize your skillset to support additional technologies such as storage, networks, or Firewalls.
- Serve as a go-to technical escalation point for internal teams, showcasing your expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Work closely with Service Managers and Service Desk Managers to tackle escalated issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Contribute your technical expertise to exciting transitions, playing a key role in onboarding new clients into Littlefish’s portfolio.
- Monitor and progress incidents, changes, and requests, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Share your knowledge and experience by coaching and mentoring other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in defining standards, processes, and procedures, ensuring operational acceptance and excellence.
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, empowering both internal teams and customers with valuable information.
