Requirements
Must:
- Proven technical leadership experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (ideally from Seed to Series A).
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI integrations or other LLM-based solutions.
- Technical experience with Node.js, Python, and SQL.
- Experience in API design and development for both internal and external use cases.
- Experience designing and scaling data pipelines and working with large datasets.
- A track record of building and managing teams.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our technology strategy and execution.
- Be a hands-on leader, writing code and solving technical challenges across the stack.
- Set the direction for our engineering capabilities and work closely with our specialist AI agency.
- Develop the right balance between internal teams and external partners.
- Play a key role in investor relations, communicating the technical vision and roadmap.
- Lead technical due diligence processes as we move towards Series A funding.
