Requirements
Must:
- Ph.D. from a world-leading university in Computer Science, Physics, Maths, or similar, ideally related to NLP
- Experience weighted more towards classic machine learning than AI engineering
- Strong knowledge in LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning/AI
- Excellent academic record, including a minimum of a 2.1 degree from a leading university and AAB at A-Level
- Published papers
- Good understanding of software engineering concepts
- Experience with machine learning Python frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn
- Data Science experience including working with large datasets
Responsibilities
- Join a team investigating the latest research in machine learning algorithms, primarily in the NLP field and some computer vision
- Make suggestions based on the feasibility of research to help shape future projects and products
- Prototyping research concepts
- Evaluating output quality, efficiency, and feasibility compared to other techniques
