Requirements
Must:
- Excellent academic record, preferably a PhD or MSc in Science/STEM subjects.
- A minimum of 4 years of application development experience, particularly within fast-paced environments such as trading or betting/gambling.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and familiarity with DevOps best practices.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with the capability to work with multiple technologies.
- Experience with React and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of experienced developers to enhance existing business-critical applications, including trading and risk systems.
- Design and develop new applications using Python, JavaScript, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
- Work closely with quantitative analysts to maintain and optimize a large code base.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Trading, Operations, and Finance, to deliver impactful new features.
- Contribute to a fast-paced environment while adhering to best practices in software development.
