Must:
We are looking for a hands-on Security Solutions Architect with proven experience in security architecture and solution design. It's essential that you have demonstrable experience in delivering security solutions in Azure environments, as that comprises 80% of our technology estate. You should also have a solid background in both infrastructure and application-level security design, and experience working within large, federated/global organizations with diverse technology estates. A track record of effectively translating strategy into executable plans and leading design and delivery efforts is critical. Familiarity with M&A scenarios and associated security implications is highly desirable. Additionally, you need to be comfortable in environments with evolving technology landscapes and limited pre-defined tooling, along with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly with InfoSec teams and broader business units.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and supporting the deployment of scalable, secure infrastructure and application security solutions. You will translate high-level security strategies into actionable technical designs and implementation roadmaps. Defining and selecting appropriate security technologies and tooling in line with our business needs and technical constraints will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the InfoSec function to ensure that your solution designs align with group-wide security policies and standards. Additionally, you will partner with infrastructure and application teams across multiple Operating Companies to ensure consistent security architecture practices. You will also support M&A activities from a security architecture perspective, ensuring the secure integration of acquired entities, all while maintaining strong documentation, governance, and stakeholder communication across the architecture and InfoSec teams.
Description
This is a permanent role with a remote-first working model, allowing for approximately 80% remote work. There may be occasional travel to the UK and Sweden, approximately once per month for a few days. We are seeking candidates whose expertise aligns with our goals of shaping security solutions across a diverse technology estate, particularly with a strong emphasis on Azure.
