Requirements
Must:
I have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on security, including AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), ECS, CI/CD, and encryption. I am confident in my ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and possess a balance of technical depth, security mindset, and people skills. A background in startups, scaleups, or agencies is preferred.
Responsibilities
I will design secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform and CI/CD practices. I will lead platform security initiatives, implement zero trust policies, manage keys, and ensure a secure Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). I will drive observability, performance, and reliability across the technology stack while championing security and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, SOC2, and ISO 27001. Additionally, I will support migrations, decommissioning, and cost/performance improvement projects.
