Must:
I am seeking a candidate with significant experience in implementing and supporting Azure-based infrastructure solutions, ensuring robust and scalable deployments. It is essential that you possess extensive knowledge of Azure infrastructure best practices and frameworks, as well as expertise in the Cloud Adoption Framework and Landing Zones. Additionally, experience with cloud migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premises to Azure environments, is required. You should also have strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure AD, Networking, and Security. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates is vital. Familiarity with cloud migrations and automation, along with a solid understanding of networking technologies and security best practices, is expected. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Azure infrastructure best practices and frameworks. You will design, deploy, and optimize Azure infrastructure while collaborating with Architecture and Security teams to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices. Automating infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines will be a key part of your duties. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and efficiently resolving cloud infrastructure issues, and providing knowledge transfer and support to internal teams.
Description
This position is for a Cloud Architect specializing in Azure, with a day rate of £550 - £600pd (Outside IR35) for a duration of 12 months. The role is hybrid, based in London, requiring attendance in the office one day a week.
