Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python skills and a solid understanding of algorithms.
- Expertise in NLP and LLM, including model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems.
- Experience in MLOps and AI Engineering, specifically with LLM pipeline abstractions and deployment best practices.
- Proven experience with unstructured data, particularly in text processing and domain-specific documents.
- Deep hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale ML pipelines by deploying and managing production-ready ML models.
- Work with LLMs and NLP for text mining and unstructured data processing, including model fine-tuning.
- Redesign and extend key products by transforming existing text mining solutions.
- Shape AI engineering and MLOps strategy by creating scalable ML solutions in AWS.
- Thrive in a start-up environment by operating with autonomy and minimal oversight.
