Requirements
Must:
- Must have active DV clearance.
- Strong technical understanding of architectural standards and support solution requirements.
- Capability to produce well-presented, holistic solutions, along with high- and low-level technical design documentation.
- Expert knowledge in public cloud infrastructure and virtualization, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient in networking, storage, server technologies, and hardware, including IP Voice Technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Cyber Security knowledge across various platforms.
- Project Management and ITIL3 understanding.
Technical Skills:
*Essential:*
- AWS Solutions Architect Expert
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
- Experience in migration and solution design for Microsoft Azure & 365.
- Expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and migrations.
*Desirable:*
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP Routing/Switching DNA or equivalent experience.
- Experience with wireless infrastructure technologies & design.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server Applications, Active Directory, Exchange, and AVD.
- Virtualization (VMware) implementation and administration experience.
- Knowledge of mainstream Storage, Backup/Replication, and DR Technologies.
- Preferred experience in Solution architecture (5 years), ITIL (1 year), and Cybersecurity (1 year).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to define, design, and enhance platform features tailored for IT infrastructure solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements, feedback, and pain points to inform the development of platform capabilities.
- Attend client meetings alongside Sales and Account Management teams to provide consultative support, technical expertise, and strategic insight.
- Understand clients' strategic and operational needs for a modern and collaborative workspace.
- Guide managed and professional services teams in client project onboarding and infrastructure mobilization.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to propose effective technology roadmaps.
- Regularly review and update IT strategies, budgets, and roadmaps to ensure alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Maintain effective knowledge of vendor solutions to support sales and technical certifications.
