Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong writing skills and an understanding of policy impacts on personnel. You should be capable of engaging with various stakeholders and gather contributions to formulate effective technical policies. Collaboration with security teams to translate security requirements into Zscaler policies, such as web filtering and threat prevention, is essential. Additionally, you should have the ability to measure policy effectiveness, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities
As the Technical Policy Lead, your primary role will be to create the new Zscaler security policy and ensure consistent implementation. You will drive risk mitigation efforts across people, processes, and systems to enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will include raising awareness and support for the Zscaler policy to encourage desired behaviors, liaising with key stakeholders to implement policy changes, and engaging with local teams to align approaches. You will also track engagement, respond to queries regarding policies, conduct stakeholder engagement activities, and investigate any security incidents or policy violations to prevent future occurrences.
