We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in SAP consulting, specifically deep functional expertise in SAP PP and related modules. The ideal candidate should have completed two full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield implementation programs in a manufacturing-intensive environment, and at least one global rollout implementation program. You must possess strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Production Planning, Demand Management, Shop Floor Control, MRP Live, and Work Center/Resource modeling. Experience in integrating SAP PP with MES systems, via PI/PO, MII, or third-party manufacturing platforms is essential. Additionally, you should have previously led SAP workstreams or cross-functional manufacturing solutions in a consulting/SI environment, and demonstrated capability in pre-sales or bid solutioning, particularly for manufacturing-led S/4 programs.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for in-depth configuration knowledge of SAP PP, MRP, Routing/BOMs, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Demand Management. You will also need to understand integration touchpoints with MM, SD, QM, PM, and MES interfaces. Familiarity with Fiori apps for shop floor operations and embedded analytics for production KPIs is important, and exposure to SAP IBP, PP/DS, or advanced scheduling tools is highly desirable. You will engage effectively with manufacturing stakeholders, such as Heads of Production, Plant Managers, and COOs, translating complex operational processes into streamlined SAP-enabled solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills are critical as you will be comfortable in discussions with C-level executives. Furthermore, you may manage diverse teams, mentor junior consultants, and drive delivery excellence.
Description
Candidates should have proven experience with SAP Activate and agile delivery models, as well as the use of project collaboration tools like Signavio, Solution Manager, and JIRA/Confluence. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for functional delivery in SAP S/4HANA programs is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Information Systems is required. SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Production Planning and Control certification is essential, and TOGAF, ITIL, or similar framework certifications are preferred for those with solution architecture exposure.
