Requirements
Must:
As the hiring company, we seek candidates who are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with deep knowledge and experience in Finance. You should possess strong influencing and advisory skills and be comfortable engaging with multiple teams to make key decisions. Mastery in SAP Project System (PS) and Cost Controlling is essential. We encourage applicants with high-level security clearance to apply, as successful candidates will need to undergo security clearance that may take up to a minimum of 10 weeks.
Responsibilities
As our SAP Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes and create documentation for the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define S/4HANA requirements and use cases, participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs. You are expected to provide solutions to problems that span multiple teams and address business area challenges. Your role will include the design, build, testing, and deployment of Project Systems, as well as integration with Procurement, SD, Finance, and Microsoft Project (Project Online). You will also have hands-on responsibilities for SAP configuration, test scripts, and execution while supporting PS workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes. Ensuring the accuracy and quality of documentation will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage the internal team and interface with external teams.
