We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have a strong mix of functional expertise in Oracle Payroll and technical skills to support configurations, integrations, and reporting. You should possess a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll setup and configuration, and have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and SQL queries for payroll reporting. Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll Tables, Lookups, and Security rules, as well as experience in Payroll integrations are essential. We also value strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and related modules, as well as configuring and implementing payroll setups, including earnings, deductions, taxation, costing, and absence management. You will ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations and perform payroll parallel run testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Additionally, you will develop and support BI Publisher reports and OTBI reports for payroll, create and modify Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations, and work on payroll integrations with third-party systems, utilizing HCM Data Loader (HDL), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and payroll interfaces. Collaboration with technical teams to develop and optimize custom extensions and security configurations is also a key part of your role.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work required in Belfast. Please note that this engagement is inside IR35, meaning you will need to work via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.
