Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates to have SC clearance.
- A strong understanding of automation software solutions and the ability to implement build, test, and deploy processes.
- Candidates must be able to identify and communicate technical implementation requirements effectively.
- I expect compliance with coding standards and frameworks during the development of automation solutions.
- Proficiency in applying the SCRUM framework and Agile methodology for project delivery.
- Experience in documenting processes and maintaining documentation is essential.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate project risks and issues to both the Project Manager and clients is critical.
- A collaborative attitude towards knowledge sharing and contributing to team initiatives is a must.
- Mentoring junior developers and creating and delivering training sessions will be part of the role.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and best development practices is required.
- Experience in driving client meetings during projects is also important.
Responsibilities
- I will have you implement build, test, and deploy automation software solutions.
- You will be responsible for identifying and communicating technical implementation requirements to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the development team adheres to coding standards and frameworks during the creation of automation solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities.
- You will apply the SCRUM framework and Agile methodology to ensure smooth project delivery.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team.
- You will need to anticipate, identify, and communicate any project risks and issues to the Project Manager and our clients.
- I will expect you to participate in and facilitate knowledge-sharing meetings and initiatives.
- Mentoring junior developers, delivering training sessions, and overseeing the Quality Assurance process will also be part of your role.
- You'll document and maintain best practices and development techniques.
- Lastly, driving client meetings during project phases will be required.
