Responsibilities
As a NOC (1st Line) Engineer, you will join our team of 8 shift-based engineers providing the front-line customer interface within our Technology Centre. Your role will involve responding to our monitoring systems, triaging and diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and escalating to more senior resources as necessary. You will also retain oversight of Service Level adherence.
Description
This position operates on a Monday to Sunday (24x7) shift pattern, working 4 days on followed by 4 days off, covering both day (7am - 7pm) and night (7pm - 7am) shifts.
