Requirements
Must:
As a candidate, you should bring hands-on IAM experience in a regulated environment. A strong understanding of lifecycle management, Zero Trust, and RBAC/ABAC is essential. Experience with Azure AD or similar platforms, such as CyberArk, is highly desirable. Familiarity with frameworks like ISO, NIST, or CIS would be beneficial. IAM-related certifications (CISSP, CISM, CIAM, etc.) are a bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the development of IAM policies, processes, and controls. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert on access management across key business and tech projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing lifecycle, authentication (MFA/SSO), and access solutions. You will work across Azure AD and other core platforms to ensure secure integration and support audits, compliance, and ongoing risk alignment.
