Must:
We are looking for a WordPress/React Developer who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge in creating WordPress-based websites.
- Exposure to server-side JavaScript and APIs.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript features (ES6+).
- Strong experience in HTML and CSS.
- Prior experience working in an agency environment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience developing in line with accessibility standards compliance and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work to deadlines while managing competing priorities.
- Willingness to take ownership of projects.
- Experience using build tools (Gulp, Webpack, Sass).
- Familiarity with automated deployment and integrating third-party APIs.
- High attention to detail.
Desirable skills include:
- Proficiency in React and JS frameworks.
- Exposure to web security principles.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to ThreeJS and GraphQL.
- Understanding of unit and integration testing.
- Proficiency with Adobe XD.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to assist with new projects while also focusing on the maintenance and development of existing projects. You will work closely with the wider business team on all assignments, ensuring that your coding accurately represents design layouts, resulting in pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive, secure, and high-performance web solutions. As a WordPress developer, you will be responsible for developing WordPress sites using our internal starter theme.
