Must:
We require a strong track record in discovery-focused research, ideally with an understanding of the Jobs-to-be-Done framework. You should be skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and comfortable working in complex domains, translating research into practical solutions. Experience with AI products or pharmaceutical/life science tools would be a significant bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead discovery and usability research from concept through to the live product. I will utilize a range of research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to thoroughly understand user needs and behaviors. Additionally, I will translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and design teams, share findings widely, and contribute to shaping research practices within the team.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our product innovation team, working on an AI tool that supports pharmaceutical research and early drug discovery. This is a contract role with remote and hybrid work options, requiring 1 day per week onsite in London, ideally for an initial period of 6 months. The daily rate for this position is competitive.
