Requirements

Must:
- Exposure to JavaScript framework with API/Microservices background - Cloud-Native App Development experience - Experience in developing modern tech applications, with a focus on channel experience design and build - Prior experience mentoring a large technical team and evangelizing emerging tech practices and trends - Innovation, strategy, and thought leadership capabilities - Expertise in monitoring, measuring, and improving engineering maturity among feature teams - Experience with public cloud technologies - Engineering leadership skills to drive an engineering culture within the team - Experience in driving engineering in a 'product-based' organization with an agile mindset - Proven ability in driving DevSecOps and automation culture among the engineering team

- Champion knowledge sharing across and within labs - Drive technical leadership and engineering excellence - Implement required intervention strategies and capabilities relevant to platform priorities - Contribute to delivery governance aligning with the bank's QBR, big room planning, and agile events and ceremonies
